Building on our already high-level of housekeeping and hygiene efforts, we’re proud to offer an even cleaner and safer experience at our resorts, sales galleries and in our offices. As part of our Enhanced Care Program, we are incorporating the Hilton CleanStay program, to meet evolving consumer and Team Member expectations during the COVD-19 pandemic. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and disinfection standards to include best practices and protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). For the safety and well-being of our Team Members working behind the scenes in our call centers and corporate offices, we maintain the same high standards in our Enhanced Care Guidelines. This ensures our office experience incorporates the same key tenets as our resort and sales galleries, including social distancing measures, frequent cleaning and the use of PPE. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently made updates to its guidance related to COVID-19, and as a result, temperature screens are no longer required for Team Members at any HGV location, including properties, sales galleries and office buildings.
Team Members go through training on the cleaning protocols that build upon the high cleaning standards HGV already has in place. Team Members also receive training on COVID-19 safety, especially those who interact with guests frequently. In the spirit of the Hilton value of Ownership, all Team Members are encouraged to carry hand sanitizer and cleaning solutions and clean their workstations as often as needed and after each guest interaction. All Team Members acknowledge the heightened sensitivity and importance of resuming operations with these new, elevated expectations.

Where possible interviews have been adapted to a phone, digital or live video format. Due to limited on-site staff, applicants that show up at our properties or offices will be directed to apply at home on our career site.
Yes. Based upon the position, your interview(s) will be by phone or video.
Depending on the position, the interview will either be an On-Demand interview or Live Video. The On-Demand interview allows you to answer a set of recorded questions at a time you decide. This interview typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete however you can take longer if you want to practice. The Live Video interview is a live video interview. This type of interview is like a face to face interview but conducted via a video
